Reservations
Early reservations are essential, as space is limited in some ports. We require final numbers forty-eight hours ahead of port call. We will make final adjustments to the maximum number at this time.
Cancellations
There is no cancellation charge for cancellations more than seven days before port call. Cancellation fees will apply if the tour is cancelled less than seven days before the port call.
Transportation
Highway coaches will be supplied whenever possible; however, in some regions we will supply urban transit buses on shorter tours. School bus transportation may be supplied in some regions.

P. A. systems
Highway coaches and urban transit vehicles will have P. A. Systems while school buses normally will not. All P. A. Systems will be tested before the tour starts to insure good working order.
Tour cost includes:
Transportation, guide, dockside assistance, entrance fees if applicable and meals if applicable. Costs are based on using the transportation in the morning and afternoon, where possible.
Payment
Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise authorized in advance in writing.
Gratuities
Tour guide and driver gratuities are discretionary and on a voluntary basis. Gratuities for the restaurant are included in the price of all full day tours that include meals.
Smoking
Federal regulations prohibit smoking on all transportation supplied by Molega Tours of Atlantic Canada (2001) Limited. Stops will be made at regular intervals for passengers to take pictures, smoke, etc.
Special Requirements
We must be notified of any dietary or food allergies at the time of booking. Any special arrangements for disabled passengers must be made in advance.
Responsibilities
Molega Tours of Atlantic Canada (2001) Limited acts only as an agent for the owners and contractors by providing transportation, hotels or other services and therefore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or accident due to any default on the part of any company or person engaged in any of these tours. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour outlined in this document, or any part thereof, or make alterations or changes in the itineraries as deemed necessary by this company. If conditions beyond our control necessitate changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute the best alternative available. |
